All transactions on VortexDQ are final and non-reversible. Once a payment is submitted — whether via cryptocurrency or PayPal — the transaction cannot be refunded, reversed, or disputed by us. We hold no mechanism to manually return funds. What we receive cannot be retrieved from our end, and attempting to force a reversal will not succeed and will negatively affect your account. Please read this policy in full before proceeding with any purchase.
1. No-Refund Policy — Absolute
All purchases on the VortexDQ platform — including subscription plans (Core, Plus), one-time credit top-ups, VIP activations, and any premium feature access — are final and non-refundable in every circumstance.
We do not issue refunds. Not for accidental purchases. Not for unused time. Not for dissatisfaction. Not for feature changes. Not for any reason.
Accidental or duplicate purchases are not eligible for refund — please verify your order before confirming.
Subscription cancellation retains access until the end of the paid period; no partial refunds are issued for unused days.
Asserting non-use or unawareness does not qualify as grounds for refund.
Digital services and access are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation and are non-refundable under the digital-goods exemption recognised by EU Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m) and equivalent provisions in other jurisdictions.
Plan downgrades during a billing cycle do not generate credit or refund for the price differential.
2. Cryptocurrency Payments — Irreversible by Design
Cryptocurrency payments are processed through our self-hosted BTCPay Server instance. Blockchain transactions are mathematically irreversible; once funds are transmitted to our wallet address, those funds cannot be returned by us by any technical or manual means.
We cannot reverse a confirmed cryptocurrency transaction. The underlying protocol does not permit it.
The sender bears sole responsibility for transmitting to the exact wallet address on the exact network shown on the invoice. Sending to an incorrect address or wrong chain results in permanent, unrecoverable loss for which we accept no liability.
You must send the full invoice amount (or marginally more to absorb network fees). Under-payments may cause the invoice to remain unconfirmed.
Invoices expire 60 minutes after creation. If you do not pay within that window, the invoice voids without risk to your funds.
On-chain confirmations may take 10–60 minutes depending on network conditions; plan activation occurs after confirmation, not at the moment of broadcast.
The exchange rate is fixed at invoice creation. Subsequent market fluctuation is borne by the sender.
If a payment with a valid transaction hash has not produced activation after two hours, contact support with the TXID for manual reconciliation.
Bottom line: Once you send, the transaction is final. We will receive it or we will not, but the blockchain — not we — determines that outcome. We will not manually intervene with on-chain transactions.
3. PayPal Payments — Scope & Limitations
PayPal subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed through our certified PayPal integration. Although PayPal is a traditional payment rail, our policy remains: no refunds.
We do not manually issue PayPal refunds. There is no "refund" action we will perform on your behalf.
PayPal subscriptions auto-renew. To stop future charges, cancel via your PayPal account or via the VortexDQ dashboard prior to the renewal date.
Where a verified billing error has occurred on our side (for example, a duplicate charge caused by a system fault), contact us promptly with supporting evidence. Verified billing errors are the sole class of case in which we will coordinate with PayPal to resolve a transaction.
We are not responsible for PayPal's own processing delays, account holds, or transactional restrictions applied to your account by PayPal.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes — Zero Tolerance
Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal through PayPal, a card issuer, or any payment intermediary constitutes a material breach of these Terms and triggers immediate enforcement action.
Attempting a chargeback materially complicates resolution for both parties, generates fees, and forces us to litigate a dispute that did not need to exist.
Any account associated with a chargeback or dispute will be immediately and permanently blacklisted from all VortexDQ services — Discord bot access, web dashboard, API, and related infrastructure.
Blacklisted accounts forfeit all features, active subscriptions, and credits without compensation.
We reserve the right to counter-dispute with transaction logs, access records, signed checkout consent, and the present policy.
We may pursue debt recovery in the amount of the original payment plus all chargeback fees incurred.
Server bans resulting from chargebacks are permanent and not subject to appeal.
For a legitimate billing concern: contact us first via the support channels listed in § 9. We investigate and remedy genuine errors. Filing a chargeback without prior contact is an escalation that will not favour the filer.
5. Subscriptions & Renewals
PayPal subscriptions auto-renew at the start of each monthly billing period.
Cancel via your PayPal account or via the VortexDQ dashboard wallet settings before the renewal date.
Cancellation halts future billing only; access continues through the end of the current period without partial refund for remaining days.
Cryptocurrency-funded plans are activated on a per-payment basis and must be renewed manually each cycle.
A failed renewal caused by issues with your PayPal account is your responsibility to remediate by re-adding a valid payment method.
6. Credits (VortexDQ Balance)
VortexDQ Credits constitute a digital balance redeemable for plan and feature activations. 1 credit = €1.00 EUR.
Credits are non-refundable upon purchase and may not be exchanged back for fiat currency.
Credits may not be transferred, sold, or traded to other users or third parties.
Credits carry no cash value and may not be redeemed outside of the platform.
Credits may be forfeited without compensation where the account is blacklisted for fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Credits are distinct from in-game coins, tokens, gems, and XP. Those simulated balances are described in § 6A below.
6A. In-Game Coins, Tokens, Gems, XP — Simulation Only
All in-platform balances displayed by the bot — including coins, tokens, gems, XP, investments, casino payouts, shop discounts, and any analogous quantity — are fictional simulated values existing solely inside the Agent09 / VortexDQ feature set. The mechanics imitate real-world economic concepts (banks, shops, jobs, casinos, sports books, investments) for entertainment and roleplay only.
No monetary value. Coins, tokens, gems, and XP are not legal tender, securities, prepaid access instruments, e-money, or stored-value products under any legal regime. They have no real-world purchasing power.
Not purchasable, not redeemable. Simulated balances cannot be purchased with real currency, cannot be redeemed for real currency, cannot be transferred off-platform, and cannot be exchanged for real-world goods or services.
Casino & investment mechanics are fictional. Blackjack, slots, roulette, poker, crash, baccarat, dice, plinko, sports-bet, lottery, robberies, heists, crime jobs, business simulations, and the investment market determine only the size of a user’s simulated balance. No real-money outcome is possible.
“Cash-out” / “collect” / “sell” / “withdraw” / “pawn” / “portfolio” are in-fiction labels operating exclusively on simulated balances.
The optional VIP perk advertised as a “+10% casino payout multiplier” is a fictional in-game effect applied to simulated coins. It does not produce or imply real-money winnings.
This Payment & Refund Policy governs real-money transactions for VortexDQ Credits and subscriptions only. Simulated balances are not refundable, recoverable, transferable, or exchangeable under any circumstance.
The Operator does not provide a regulated-gambling service, a sportsbook, a brokerage, a money-transmission service, or an e-money instrument. If the law of your jurisdiction nonetheless classifies these mechanics as regulated activity, you are responsible for ensuring your own use complies with that law.
7. Pricing, Currency & Change of Terms
Prices are displayed in USD ($). Credits are denominated in EUR (€). Applicable conversion rates are shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; active subscriptions are not affected mid-cycle.
Quoted prices exclude any local taxes that may be due; the purchaser is responsible for compliance with applicable tax obligations.
Feature availability may evolve over time; no refunds are issued in respect of features that are subsequently retired.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Justchilling and VortexDQ shall not be liable for:
Losses arising from purchases made in error or from misunderstanding of the features purchased.
Funds lost due to incorrect wallet addresses, wrong blockchain networks, or expired invoices.
Service downtime, feature changes, or platform updates affecting use of purchased plans.
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, VortexDQ services.
Unauthorised purchases made through your account; you remain responsible for the security of your credentials.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
9. Contact & Billing Support
For billing issues, missing activations, or verified errors, contact us before initiating any action with your payment provider. We endeavour to respond to all legitimate billing concerns.
When reporting a missing activation, please include the transaction identifier (TXID for cryptocurrency; PayPal transaction reference for PayPal) and the email or Discord account associated with the purchase.
10. Incorporation & Acknowledgement
This Payment & Refund Policy is legally binding and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and Security & Bot Policy. By completing any transaction on VortexDQ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full. Lack of awareness of this policy is not grounds for refund or reversal.
