GDPR/CCPA legal hardening + IP/trademark clarification pass

Updated legal documents with explicit GDPR/CCPA rights wording for access, correction, deletion, and applicable non-discrimination handling.
Added clear statement that personal data is not sold and not shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Clarified that IP/browser fingerprint-style telemetry is used strictly for anti-abuse and fraud defense, not for ad profiling.
Added IP/trademark complaint guidance including USPTO registration references for U.S. marks where relevant.

NCB private docs + profile UX upgrade

Redesigned private /ncb/docs into a stronger command-center layout with animated space background and 3D panel effects.
Added a dedicated NCB allcommands-style catalog grouped by domain (Profile, Intelligence, Monitoring, Lockdown Ops, Verification Intel).
Added permission labels and prefix/slash mapping in NCB docs for faster operator onboarding.
Added a recent-event timeline panel in private docs so members can quickly see their latest access/profile activity.
Refined public profile rendering to show more structured details (bio/interests/experience/effects and cleaner created/updated labels).
Updated CSP style policy to allow trusted stylesheet delivery required by the improved docs visual system.
